Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. If you use Google sign-in, Google provides this basic profile information after you approve access. We also store course enrolments, learning progress, questionnaire responses and order records needed to provide the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate your account, provide purchased learning content, process and approve payments, support you, maintain security and improve the service. Care-O-Therapy does not sell personal information.
Service providers
Google supports optional account sign-in, Yoco processes card payments, and Cloudflare provides secure website delivery. Each provider processes limited information under its own privacy terms. Card details are handled by Yoco and are not stored by this website.
Storage and protection
Account and course records are stored on Care-O-Therapy’s server with access controls. We retain records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements. You may also disconnect Google access from your Google Account.
