Using the service
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. Course access is personal and may not be shared, copied or redistributed without written permission.
Educational information
Online courses and resources provide general educational support. They do not replace individual medical advice, diagnosis, emergency assistance or a therapeutic relationship.
Payments and access
Card payments include the displayed processing charge. EFT payments carry no additional charge and course access begins after manual payment approval. Any refund or cancellation request will be considered according to applicable South African consumer law and the circumstances of the purchase.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and secure, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Content and functionality may be updated when needed.
